Gracie and I belt it out and dance like crazy in Music Together class. Then, we head to a nearby park for lunch with buddies. This has become a nice time in our week to invite others into what we’re already doing. Lunch and woods-play makes a nice invitation for other families with little ones or those who home-educate! We end our excursions with homeschool swim lessons (another time for the kids to enjoy time with their friends).
Today, Grace picked flowers and promptly threw them; she’s still not sure if she likes touching nature yet. Thanks to his nature backpack, Courben was able to be the medic when Judah poked his finger with a thorn.
I think we’ll all be sad in a couple weeks when music and swim are done for the season. Maybe we’ll keep our park days going, though!
