Besides our hike, we filled our school week with great lessons. Judah is getting to be quite the writer. Here, he wrote and drew about climbing a tree!
We also made our own wooden stamps for art. They didn’t turn out as awesome as I had hoped, but the boys liked using their tools to make them.
John Philips Susa was on the docket for composer study. The pilgrims and early America continued to be the topic of US History. And math included more subtraction for Courben and adding hundreds for Judah. They boys are also enjoying reading poetry aloud.
