Last week, we celebrated Flex Week, another quarter of our schooling year complete. We shared our favorite books, composers, and nature findings. Courben continued his World History timeline through Joseph. We’re looking forward to the second half of the year and all we have to learn.
This week, we got back to regular lessons including healthy eating for science, an American composer, Moses in World History, and poems from “Where the Sidewalk Ends.”
We also headed to the zoo for another homeschool program. This month’s focus was animal defenses, something the boys enjoy learning about. Both Courben and Judah liked seeing and touching the porcupine, Spike, and examining his quills. So thankful for these opportunities!
If you’re homeschooling, what was the highlight of your week?
